I offer two ways to work together, depending on the level of support you need.

Some leaders need occasional help with a project or executive support request. With the Debit Card, you are purchasing my time to handle specific needs as they arise.

Others need a Fractional Executive Assistant who is consistently involved in their business. With a retainer, you are engaging my experience, judgment, and ongoing involvement so I can learn how you work, understand your priorities, and handle matters on your behalf.

Both receive the same level of experience, judgment, and care. The difference is the nature of the relationship. The Debit Card provides flexible support for occasional needs, while a retainer provides the continuity, context, and priority access of an experienced Executive Assistant working within your business.

In either case, a Discovery Call is the first step.

Monthly Retainer

A monthly retainer is designed for leaders who need an experienced Executive Assistant involved in their business throughout the week.

You are not purchasing a block of hours or scheduling individual requests one at a time. You are engaging my expertise and judgment so I can become familiar with your business, stay close to your priorities, and take ownership of the matters you entrust to me.

  • Need tasks, projects, and ongoing responsibilities handled on your behalf
  • Value continuity, priority access, and proactive follow-through
  • Want high-level executive support without hiring a full-time employee

Retainers Include:

  • Priority access and consistent support
  • Familiarity with your priorities, preferences, and key relationships
  • Proactive tracking, coordination, and follow-through
  • Support that adapts as priorities and needs change
  • Simple monthly billing, with automatic payment available
  • A month-to-month arrangement with no long-term commitment

I intentionally limit the number of retainer partnerships I accept so I can remain closely involved and provide the level of attention each relationship requires.

Retainers start at $3,500 per month. Pricing reflects the depth of access, involvement, and responsibility required. Your exact rate is confirmed after our Discovery Call, once we have discussed how you work and the level of support you need.

Your first payment is prorated based on when we begin working together and is due before work begins. After that, retainers are billed on the first of each month, with automatic billing available for convenience.

Retainers are month-to-month, with no long-term contract. Either party may conclude the partnership with 30 days’ written notice.

Project-Based and Variable Support

Flexible Debit Card Option

For leaders who need flexibility or support on a project basis, I offer a simple, straightforward pricing approach. Services are offered by the hour in 5- and 10-hour blocks. These prepaid blocks are referred to as the Aqua Virtual Solutions Debit Card.

Requests are made as needed and scheduled according to availability.

  • 10-hour Debit Card: $800 ($80 per hour)
  • 5-hour Debit Card: $450 ($90 per hour)
  • Hours may be used at your own pace for whatever support is most helpful
  • Each Debit Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • All sales are final, and unused hours are non-refundable
  • No contracts or monthly minimums are required
