I’ve spent over 25 years being the person executives rely on to create order when everything is moving fast. That’s not just what I do; that’s who I am.
I’m Sandy Goodell, Fractional Executive Assistant and Founder of Aqua Virtual Solutions. I provide fractional executive support for leaders who need a trusted partner to help manage the details, protect their time, and keep the right things moving with care and follow-through.
Throughout my career supporting CEOs and senior executives, I’ve built a reputation for creating order in high-pressure environments. I’ve managed board logistics, corporate relocations, complex travel planning, high-profile events, and executive operations. I’ve also supported leaders through IPO preparation and roadshows, clinical trials, company crises, and periods of significant growth and change, always with a focus on discretion, sound judgment, and thoughtful execution.
That foundation is what I bring to every client relationship today.
In 2020, as the world shifted, so did my path. Supporting former colleagues through the challenges of remote work led to an important realization:

That insight led me to launch Aqua Virtual Solutions in 2021, offering Fractional Executive Assistant services tailored to each leader’s unique needs.
I approach every client relationship with thoughtfulness, sound judgment, and care. Whether optimizing a demanding executive calendar, coordinating global travel, managing high-stakes projects, organizing business and personal expenses, or supporting Board of Directors and committee work, I take care of the details so my clients can stay fully present and focused.
I also use technology thoughtfully when it can improve organization, simplify a process, or help the work move more efficiently.
I live in Rockland, Massachusetts, with my husband, Bill, and our chocolate lab, Cooper. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me out on the water (during boating season), exploring new wines, gardening, curled up with a good book, or traveling somewhere new.
My work is grounded in discretion, calm judgment, clear communication, and a deep respect for the trust my clients place in me.
