For clients who need reliable, ongoing support, I offer monthly retainer arrangements that reserve dedicated capacity for you and your business. This model allows me to work proactively, prioritize your needs, and stay closely embedded in your day-to-day operations.

A monthly retainer is ideal if you:

  • Need consistent support each week
  • Value priority access and continuity
  • Prefer not to manage tasks or track time transaction by transaction
  • Want a trusted partner who understands your business and anticipates needs

Retainers include:

  • A monthly commitment that reserves dedicated weekly availability
  • Priority access and consistent, proactive support
  • Scope managed internally to ensure sustainable, aligned support
  • Additional support beyond the monthly commitment is discussed and billed separately

Project-Based and Variable Support

Flexible Debit Card Option

For clients who need flexibility or support on a project basis, I offer a simple, straightforward pricing approach. Services are offered by the hour in 5- and 10-hour blocks. These prepaid blocks are referred to as the Aqua Virtual Solutions Debit Card.

  • Services are offered by the hour in 5- and 10-hour blocks of time
  • $80 an hour for my services, available in 10-hour blocks
  • $90 an hour for my services, available in 5-hour blocks
  • Hours may be used at your pace, for whatever services you like
  • Each Debit Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • All sales are final; hours are non-refundable
  • No contracts or monthly minimums required

When a Debit Card Is the Best Fit

A Debit Card may be a good fit if you:

  • Have project-based or occasional support needs
  • Prefer flexibility without a monthly commitment
  • Want access to executive-level support on an as-needed basis
