I’m Sandy Jackson, founder of Aqua Virtual Solutions. I provide executive-level support to entrepreneurs and business leaders who need more time to focus on what truly moves their business forward.
With over 25 years of experience as a top-level Executive Assistant to CEOs, I’ve built a career around creating order in high-pressure environments. I’ve managed board logistics, corporate relocations, complex travel, high-profile events, and executive operations—always with a focus on efficiency, discretion, and seamless execution.
In 2020, as the world shifted, so did my path. Assisting former colleagues with the challenges of remote work led to a realization: executives don’t always need full-time support, but they do need a trusted partner—someone who anticipates their needs, streamlines their workload, and brings clarity to their day. From this realization, I launched Aqua Virtual Solutions in 2021 to give leaders back their time and focus, providing executive support tailored to their unique needs.
I approach every client relationship with strategy and care, using intelligent systems and innovative tools to keep operations running smoothly. Whether optimizing a packed calendar, coordinating global travel, managing high-stakes projects, or tracking expenses, I take care of the details so my clients can stay fully present in their work.
I live in Rockland, Massachusetts, with my partner, Bill, and our chocolate lab, Cooper. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me boating, exploring new wines, gardening, curled up with a book, or traveling. My love of the ocean inspired the name Aqua Virtual Solutions—because just like water, I believe great support should be fluid, adaptable, and essential.
